I am a lifelong learner experienced in deploying personalized solutions to optimize processes and simplify the user experience. The nature of technology is ever evolving and I cannot wait to take on the next challenge.
Master learner in the process of learning about the many more things I have to learn. Starting with C# console apps, working toward well-crafted MVC setups, playing around with Razor pages, creating well-documented APIs with .Net Core, piecing together Angular components, and dabbling in Alexa skills.
Migrated the team member content experience from stagnant pdfs to the searchable, dynamic GURU platform. Engineered automated, interactive reports with data shaping and modeling in Excel, PowerApps, and Power BI. Established a model relationship with technology vendor Skillo where a feedback loop continues to advance the application and utilize the best features available.
Created an application to move the review process from email chains to a conversational thread for each review and captured all the data. Identified the importance of technology and data for training to set the basis for the instructional technologist role. Developed the SharePoint site from a jumble of linked pages to a user-friendly application, personalized and relevant for the audience.
Took introductory courses in C++, CSS, C#, C, Ruby, PHP, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
Learned C# with a focus on Angular MVC web apps through comprehensive, full-time training in partnership with Quicken Loans and Grand Circus.
Explored object-oriented programming in Python.
Competed in and won Quicken Hack-A-Thon by creating an app that measures and displays brainwaves.
Competed front-end web development course in jQuery and Angular.
Completed semester of introductory coding in Python.
Completed year of introductory coding in Java.

When I am not coding, you might find me doing yoga, working out, taking in a Greek Classic, or discussing the future of education. Most of all I love spending quality time with my wife whether that is out getting Boba, roadtripping back and forth across the country, or just relaxing and enjoying one of our favorite TV series together.
Besides my wife, I love bats and talking about how important they are to our ecosystem while dispelling dark myths about them. I also love questions, asking them, pondering them, being asked them. Questions are the basis of learning so question away!
